They ooze that atomic, space-age era with their vertical chrome legs and sound-cones. 13.5" T x 10" W. Tops have been professionally recovered in a new, durable, vinyl, self-adhesive wall paper that has mid century/atomic/space themes. These have been rewired and have 10' of cord each. These will sound lovely for light acoustics - like an NPR newscast, bluegrass, jazz etc..
But would not sound good for bass-laden music or rap music. The original Mids inside (Mid-range speakers) are by Zenith (49-1116 / 23131 / 285906). The cones under their lids do a great job of directing and bouncing the sound outward into the room. Please see finger point pic for any minor cosmetic blemishes (there is a small gap on the vintage, vinyl trip that rounds the tops, there is a very small dent to the metal, lower, lip on one, and the chrome has some minor blemishes). White-Stripe wire is the positive wire, albeit, it doesn't really matter with these so long as you mate them to the stereo in the same manner as one another.
