Rare and wonderful item, which could be wired up and used as is, but really with a little tlc it will be awesome. Three glass globes, etched white with wonderful tactile (knobbly) print decoration around them. Each glass globe has a metal top circle, painted in a faux-wood style - The three globes then attach to a central retro shaped metal plate, which is attached to the ceiling. The cable at the moment is white, but that's easy to swap out for any colour that fits your decoration - the cabling can be adjusted to suit the size of your room and the lights can then be hung at whatever level works best for you. This is a used item, so expect some marks - It's going to look fantastic once rewired - Also at the moment the bulb holders are white, standard bayonet types - It might look better to replace with modern black fittings that would take an awesome modern-retro inspired LED bulb - What a light you'd have then!
